We had a major blockage with our main line and called Nautilus for an emergency service. They were able to get someone out quickly and were very methodical in diagnosing the problem and explaining our options throughout the process. This is the second time that we had the amazing Juan and his crew and honestly he is one of the best plumbers I've had - he really goes out of his way to explain each step and why they're doing what. At the end of the day, it was a big job and they were always there when they said they would be, would text or call with updates on when people would arrive, and made the best of a big problem. Highly recommended.

We had a sewer-backup emergency in our home. Sergio, Bella, and Jesse arrived on a Saturday evening, evaluated everything and found temp relief. Juan and Gio started the repair on a Sunday and wrapped up on Wednesday. They replaced the 86 yr old cast-iron and clay pipe sewer system working tirelessly. Excellent service and we will continue to work with them in upgrading our home. Thank you Nautilus!

Today Bella and Sergio did some work on a clogged kitchen sink, they came in quick after I placed the service call, they were very professional and efficient, they assessed the issue and gave me the solution and a quote then and there, we agreed to the work that will be done and they got right to it. They took about 3 hours to finish the job. They replaced the entire pipe work under the sink and had to go thru basement to do the work correctly. They show you pictures of the end results and they show you the end result. Overall very recomendable.

We’ve been having troubles with our shower drain because no matter how much we cleaned it, it was still slow to drain but Nautilus saved the day! They were so helpful and professional. Ask for David, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and completely saved our shower drain!
